1. Acceptance of TermsBy downloading and using Annonceur Pro, you agree to these terms of use. If you do notaccept these terms, do not use the app.
2. Service DescriptionAnnonceur Pro is a mobile app for announcing sports players with an AI-generated voice,a personalized intro phrase, and walk-out music. It also includes announcements, lineupmanagement, and a tournament module with a music player and configurable sound effectbuttons. It is available on Android via the Google Play Store.
3. Acceptable UseYou agree to use the app only for lawful and legitimate purposes. Using the app tobroadcast offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content is prohibited.
4. Purchase and SubscriptionThe app offers a free, ad-supported tier and paid subscriptions (Standard and Premium).Payment is processed through the Google Play Store under its own terms. No refund isguaranteed except as provided by Google Play policies.
5. Third-Party ServicesSome features use third-party services:Google Gemini AI — the app includes a built-in API key at no extra cost.Google AdMob — the free version displays banner ads. AdMob may collect and share yourdevice's advertising ID and technical data (device type, approximate IP address) withGoogle to serve and measure ads. No ads are shown to paid subscribers (Standard orPremium). See policies.google.com/privacy.C.T Information is not responsible for interruptions or changes to these third-party services.
6. Intellectual PropertyThe app, its code, design, and content are the exclusive property of C.T Information. Anyunauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of LiabilityC.T Information cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the useof the app, including data loss or service interruptions.
8. ModificationsWe reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app aftermodification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Utilisation acceptableVous vous engagez à utiliser l'application uniquement à des fins légales et légitimes.Il est interdit d'utiliser l'application pour diffuser du contenu offensant,discriminatoire ou illégal.
4. Compte et abonnementL'application propose une version gratuite financée par la publicité ainsi que desabonnements payants (Standard et Premium). Le paiement est effectué via le Google PlayStore selon ses propres conditions. Aucun remboursement n'est garanti sauf dans les casprévus par les politiques de Google Play.
5. Services tiersL'utilisation de certaines fonctionnalités fait appel à des services tiers :Google Gemini AI — l'application inclut une clé API intégrée sans frais supplémentaires.Google AdMob — la version gratuite affiche des bannières publicitaires.
